How much will my package cost?
A daily Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of USD 100 and a one-time visa fee of USD 40 apply. Your total package cost will depend on your choice of accommodation and services, as well as the duration of your stay.
Peak season months: March, April, May, September, October, and November.
Off-season months: June, July, August, December, January, and February.

Do you offer discounts for children and students?
Yes. The government provides a 50% discount on the SDF for children aged 6 to 12 when accompanied by their parents or guardians.
What is included in my trip package?
Our tour packages include airport transfers, twin-sharing accommodation, all meals, ground transportation within Bhutan, a knowledgeable sightseeing guide, and entrance fees to museums and monuments as per the itinerary.

How can I make payments for bookings through Bhutan Footprints Travel?
All tour payments must be made in advance. Payments should be remitted to the Bhutan National Bank account overseas, payable to the designated Bhutanese travel agent. The name and address of the travel agent will be provided upon confirmation of your trip.
When will I receive my trip confirmation?
Your booking will typically be processed within 8 hours, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays in Bhutan, when our office is closed.
Which airline will I be traveling with, and from where?
Druk Air Corporation and Bhutan Airlines (Tashi Air Pvt.) operate flights to Bhutan from the following cities: Bangkok (Thailand), Singapore, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Bagdogra (India), Kathmandu (Nepal), and Dhaka (Bangladesh).
What should I do if I need to cancel my trip at the last moment?
Cancellation charges for tour programs apply as follows:
Cancellation within 21 days: 10% of the rate
Cancellation within 14 days: 15% of the rate
Cancellation within 7 days:30% of the rate
Cancellation less than 7 days:50% of the rate
After arrival in Bhutan:100% of the rate
